Head Coach Edel Serafin 

Coach Edel Serafin joined the Lancer family in February 2025. He is an accomplished

cheerleading coach, competitive cheer judge, and certified stunt official with a passion for the

sport of cheerleading as well as STUNT and performance excellence from his team. With years of coaching experience, Coach Serafin has guided athletes of all levels, focusing on skill progression, safety, and team building. His judging and officiating expertise brings a sharp eye for technique, creativity, and rule compliance, ensuring fair and accurate evaluations at competitions. Combining a deep knowledge of coaching, judging, and stunts, Coach Serafin offers a comprehensive perspective that drives both athlete success and competitive integrity.

In addition to coaching and officiating, Coach Serafin gained valuable firsthand experience as a collegiate cheerleader at Boise State University. This collegiate background deepened his understanding of the athlete experience and informs their approach to training and team development.
